Mrs. Ruth L. Brewster of SW Atlanta, passed away on March 11, 2026. Her Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 3646 Hogan Rd. SW, Atlanta, GA 30331. Instate at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church, at 10:30 AM, on the day of service. On Friday, Public Viewing will be held from 3:00 - 8:00 PM, with Wake Service from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, at Murray Brothers Cascade Chapel, 1199 Utoy Springs Rd. SW, Atlanta, GA 30331, (404)-349-3000.

Mrs. Brewster was one the math and homeroom teachers at Charles L. Harper High School, where I first encountered Mrs. Brewster. She was always nice and willing to help you when it came to class work.
My sincere condolences go out to her family and the C. L. Harper High family, we have lost another great Educator.
