Ruth "Farrer" CHENOWETH

CHENOWETH (Farrer) Ruth MBBS FRACGP DipChHealth DSM (Red Cross) Passed away peacefully on 23rd April, 2013 aged 94 years, at Tricare Nursing Home, Chermside, Qld Wife of Ian (dec); Sister of John Farrer and Rachel Meschan (dec); Mother of Bruce, Peter, Alan and Ian; Mother-in-law, Aunt, Grandmother and Great Grandmother of a large and loving Family. Athlete, General Practitioner and Red Cross volunteer, her quiet dignity, enormous capability and unconditional support for others has marked a life of service touching many in Mackay, Macleay Island and Brisbane. Our deepest thanks go to the staff of Tricare and to Dr Des Dann and his colleagues, for their compassionate care. A Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Monday 29thApril, 2013 at The Gap Uniting Church, 1050 Waterworks Road, The Gap, Qld. No flowers by request but please consider a donation to Australian Red Cross.
