Ruth Davis Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Central Florida Casket Store and Funeral Chapel on Jan. 15, 2026.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ruth Helen Davis, who left this world on January 10, 2026, at the age of 61. Ruth was born on November 28, 1964, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, to the loving parents William and Katrina Heim. She lived a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Ruth was a beacon of kindness and compassion in the lives of those who knew her. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents and her brother, William E. Heim Jr., but her loving spirit will continue to shine through the many lives she touched. Ruth is survived by her son, Ryan Davis, and daughter-in-law, Lisa; her dear sisters, Eva Duke (Ricky) and Janet Albritton (Royce); and her three beloved grandchildren, Riley, Ayden, and Emily. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, including Sonya, Andrea, Ricky, Christopher, and Alicia, as well as many other loving family members who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

Throughout her life, Ruth was known as one of a kind-an extraordinary individual characterized by her loving and thoughtful demeanor. Her caring nature extended beyond her immediate family; she was deeply engaged in her children's sports, cheering them on from the sidelines with an enthusiasm that inspired everyone around her. Ruth had a passion for music and could often be found at concerts with friends and family, creating memories that would last a lifetime. Family gatherings were the highlight of her life, where her infectious laughter and warm hugs brought everyone closer together. Ruth was an animal lover and had a special place in her heart for her dogs. Her work as a devoted mother and grandmother was her greatest achievement. Every moment spent with her family was a testament to her dedication and love for them.

Ruth Helen Davis may have departed from this earthly realm, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will carry her memory with them always. Rest in peace, dear Ruth. You are loved beyond measure and will be deeply missed.
