Ruth Fehlinger Obituary
Ruth loved her family and enjoyed taking care of them all her life and was a fantastic seamstress. She loved to sew and crochet for everyone, especially her family. Ruth was a longtime member of Jordan U.C.C. and former member of St. Andrews U.C.C.
Survivors: sons Keith P. Fehlinger, husband of Michelle and Frank J. Fehlinger ; daughters Charlane R., wife of Thomas Schneck, Donna M. , wife of David Brown, Carol A. Yost, Sharon R. Fehlinger- Ricker , wife of Andrew Ricker; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Ruth was preceded in death by her brothers James R, Lavenburg, Jr. and William J. Lavenburg.
Services will be held on Tuesday December 23, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 W. Highland St. Allentown. Calling hour on Monday December 22nd from 6:00- 7:00 PM and again on Tuesday from 10:00 AM to the time of service. Burial will follow at Morgenland Cemetery of Eastern Salisbury.
Memorial Contributions may be made in Ruth's memory to Jordan U.C.C. c/o the funeral home.

Dear Donna and Ruth's family, your mother was a wonderful person. She became a very good friend of my mother's when they met in the hospital. They kept in touch for sometime until age took over and prevented their communication. She came to my mother's funeral eventhough it was a challenge for her. That meant so much to myself and my siblings. I want to extend my deepest condolences to all of you. May your memories of all the good times get you through these most difficult days.
