Ruth Gummelt Gresham February 10, 1917 - July 30, 2010 Ruth Gummelt Gresham of Waco passed away Friday, July 30, 2010 at Hillcrest Hospital Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Cottonwood Cemetery near Mooreville with the Rev. Buddy Snipes officiating. Visitation will be from Monday, August 2, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Ruth was born February 10, 1917 in Cottonwood , Texas to Fulbert and Lydia Gummelt. She was a partner in Carnes and Gummelt Dusting Machine in Mooreville and worked for Marstaller Motors and L.L. Sams and Son s in Waco. She lived and worked for many years in the community of Mooreville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Gresham; parents, Lydia and Fulbert Gummelt brothers, Reuben Gummelt, Edward Gummelt, and L.J.Gummelt. She is survived by son, Albert Carnes, Robinson, TX; daughters, Katherine Ruth Others of Waco, TX and Edwina May of Waco, TX; six grandchildren, Jeanna Gurley, Ronda Bowser, Sharla Bannenberg, Alisha Harper, Susan Carnes and Shawn May-Bray; four great-grandchildren, Tana Bowser, Jason Bannenberg, Ashley Bowser and Kimber Bray; great-great grandchildren, Aleisha Bannenberg, Alexa Bannenberg, Kalynn Bowser, Eddie Bowser Villereal.
