Ruth A. Groner

TATAMY
Ruth A. Groner, 84, of Tatamy, PA, passed away August 21, 2024, at St. Luke's Hospital Bethlehem, PA. Born October 10, 1939 in Pen Argyl, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ellwood and Viola (Achenbach) Brewer.
After graduating from Pen Argyl Highschool, class of '57, she was employed by Pioneer Sports Wear. Ruth would dedicate 20 years of service there as a tagger/pricer before changing her employment to Martin Guitar Co. in 1990. She worked there for 18 years manufacturing the perfect stings for the guitars before retiring in 2008. In her free time, Ruth loved to get lost in word find puzzles and enjoyed watching the Game Show Network.
Survivors: daughter, Karen Fulmer and husband Howard of Bangor, PA, granddaughter, Alisha Fulmer and husband Russel Cool, Jr. of Bangor, PA, grandsons, Josh Groner and wife Hillary, and Devin Groner both of Nazareth PA, and Marc Fulmer of VA. sisters, Delores Calabrese of CA, and Rosella Kachline of Bangor, PA. She was predeceased by son, Ernie Groner, Jr.
A Funeral Service will be held August 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E. Center
Street, Nazareth, PA 18064. The family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00AM up until the time of service.
Interment will follow at Forks Church Cemetery, Easton, PA.
