Born on Saturday, December 2, 1944, to the late William and Muriel (Daniels) Harshbarger.

Ruth's spirit was woven into every quilt she crafted, every stitch she sewed, and every piece she crocheted. She found joy and comfort in her creative pursuits, often sharing her talents with family and friends. Her love for the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears was unwavering, and she proudly cheered them on with the same enthusiasm she poured into her family life.
