I was saddened to hear of Ruth's passing. I spent many joyous occasions with her, Rose, many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as Grandma and Grandpa Ligtenberg. I have missed them all over the years. I know how much her family meant to her and I hope they are finding comfort knowing she is with the Lord.

Our sincere condolences to Ruth's family in recognition of her home-going. We have many fond memories of Ruth growing up together in Chino. She was always such a kind and loving person with laughter in her voice and O how she loved Jesus! May our Lord grant the family His comfort and peace in the realization that she now rests safely in the arms of our Savior.

I remember the many parent-teacher conferences we had together where (many times through tears) she shared her love, care, and deep devotion for her kids. She so wanted you all to know her Jesus. And now, what a blessing to know I've had the joy of teaching the next generation! God is GOOD, and your mom/grandmother is now experiencing Him in all of His fullness. May you find peace and experience much grace in your time of loss.

"She was the lovely, beautiful, wise woman she was because early in her life she chose Christ as her center, her home, her purpose, her example, and her vision, and we can all make that choice today". -Ruth Graham of her mother, Ruth Bell Graham
