Ruth Kelly Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at New Oak Grove Cemetery. Jason Kelly will officiate.
Mrs. Kelly was preceded in death by her Husband-George L. Kelly; Sons-Tommy L. Kelly and George Jeffrey Kelly; Parents-Virgil Rigsby, Modenia Williams Rigsby and Poppa Rigsby.
She is survived by her Daughters-Kathy Stevens, Karen Kilpatrick and Sharyn L. Holmes (Chris); Sisters-Bea Kunz (Mike), Linda Woodruff and Judy Pink (Michael); Brother-J.T. Rigsby; 12 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren.
