Steve & Sherri Treat
December 28, 2025
Sherri & I came to know Ruth through the Edmond Senior Center.
Since we were both raised in rural Osage Co. OK., we connected with Ruth with regard to farming and ranching as a part of our backgrounds too.
Ruth was considerate and kind and alway quick with a wave and a hello. We had the joy of speaking with her at length during the last Christmas lunch at the senior center. Her wonderful demenour was enhanced by her always looking sharp in how she looked and what she wore.
But most of all, she possessed that quality that seems so rare anymore...she carried herself with Class!
Thank you Ruth for being a part of our lives and making our days a little brighter.

Ruth, I am going to miss you so much. I enjoyed playing cards with you and listening to your stories about the old Edmond. I hope you are reunited with your family. Love you and yes you are right, breakfast is the most importan meal of the day. RIP my dear friend. Mary Quinn

I met Ruth 10 years ago in the Early Risers Exercise Class at the Edmond Senior Center. She was a very active participant. Afterwards, we would play cards. Ruth was very nice and I was glad to call her my friend. She will be missed.
