Age 80 passed away March 12 th at Hospice of Care of St. Elizabeth.
Ruth Ann Smith, 80, of Ft Mitchell, passed away peacefully on March 12 th, 2025. Ruth Ann was born on June 3 rd, 1944. She was a retired Internal Revenue Service employee of 39 years.
Ruth Ann was a devoted wife/parent/grandparent, and family was always at the center of her life. She is survived by her children, Deborah L. Bobbitt (Jeff) and David L. Smith (Melody); three beloved grandchildren, Sean M. Bobbitt (Ciara), Scott M. Bobbitt, and Madison L. Smith (Ben); and two cherished great-grandchildren, Savannah R. Bobbitt and Samantha R. Bobbitt. She also leaves behind her niece, Pamela S. Mullins and Great Nephew James Mullins (Kate) as well as several nieces, nephews and great nephews.
Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her loving husband, James A. Smith, as well as two brothers and one sister.
A funeral will be held on Mar 17, 2025, visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm. Funeral services at 1pm. At Don Catchen Family Funeral Home in Elsmere, Ky.
Ruth Ann will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved her.
