Ruth Stearns Obituary

Ms. Stearns was of the Christian faith and enjoyed caring for her grandchildren, listening to gospel music and flower gardening.
Survivors include three children James R. Branham, Kristy A. Tarter and Tommy J. Stearns all of Columbia, KY; four grandchildren Natalie Stearns, Nicholas Stearns, Alyssa Stearns and Damien Branham; three siblings Henry Branham (Ruth) of Indiana, Stanley Branham of Indiana and Linda Fay Duvall (Danny) of Edmonton, KY and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by ten siblings Roy, Damon, Marty, Jim, Shelton, Jerry Wayne, Glen and Dorothy Branham, Patsy Kitts and Pernie Holt.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00am Tuesday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be live-streamed on Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home Facebook page at 1:00pm Tuesday.
