Ruth Ann Watts (nee Pearia), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of Forrest "Bud" Edward Watts, Jr.; cherished daughter of the late Raymond and Grace Pearia; devoted mother of Keith (Becky) Watts, and Patricia "Patty" (Steve) Fleschner; loving grandmother of Kyle Watts, Drew (Kaylynne) Watts, Clayton Fleschner, and Breanna Fleschner; dear sister of Patricia Peters, Theresa Steirs, and Alice Gaines. Ruth is preceded in death by her three sisters, Pinky Etherton, Ree Cutright, and Gerry Tustin, and her two brothers, Raymond and Joe Pearia.

Ruth was a devoted member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus and a faithful parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She lived her life with quiet grace and deep faith, sharing a loving and happy marriage with her husband, Bud, for 63 years. Ruth loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren, who brought her endless joy. Affectionately known by her family as “Saint Ruth,” she was soft-spoken, kind, and possessed a pure heart of gold, complemented by a contagious laugh that brightened every room. Ruth treasured her time spent at the Lake of the Ozarks, where she created countless cherished memories, and she enjoyed an active social life filled with happy hours, BUNCO, ladies’ nights, and the company of many dear friends. Dearly loved by all who knew her, Ruth will be greatly missed.

Memorials may be made in Ruth's name to Duschene High School.
