Ruth Zelman Obituary
Ruth lived a long and meaningful life defined by devotion to her family and a generous spirit that touched all who knew her. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 65 years, Jack Zelman, who passed away on September 3, 2012. Ruth also endured the heartbreaking loss of her cherished son Kenneth Zelman on Septmeber 11, 2001.
She is survived by her loving children; daughters Mona Zuchowski (Jim), Laurie Zelman Demeo (Frank), Carrie Burlock (Danny), and son Barry Zelman (Angela). Ruth's legacy continues through her ten beautiful grandchildren; Joshua, Jeremy, Jonathan, Rebecca, Thomas, Olivia, Ethan, Jaynie, Karly and Jake. Each of them carries forward the warmth and strength she so generously shared.
Ruth was a selfless and devoted wife and mother whose nurturing presence created a home filled with love and care. As a loving grandmother, she so enjoyed hearing about their everyday lives and ongoing adventures. Her kindness extended beyond family-she was a beautiful soul whose compassion left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
May Ruth's memory be a blessing and bring joy and comfort to all who loved her.
Friends can meet with the family from 1030am to 11am on Wednesday, December31, 2025 at Tuttle Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM on Wedneday, December 31, 2025 also at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10, Randolph,( www.tuttlefh.com).
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth's memory to www.autismspeaks.org.
