Rutha "Ruth" Frame

EUNICE~ It is with heavy hearts that the family of Rutha “Ruth” Frame announces her passing on Monday, January 20, 2025, at her home at the age of 82. At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Rosary at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 8:00 AM until time of services at 9:00 AM in the Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.

 Rutha, known as “Ruth” to all who knew and loved her, was born on September 28, 1942, in Ville Platte, La to the late Melvin and Ella Ledoux Dupre. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and always enjoyed visiting with family and friends. She also enjoyed sewing and worked at Jantzen’s in Eunice in the past. Ruth enjoyed all the memories in her long-term role as a pharmacy technician at Tujague’s Pharmacy.

 Ruth will be missed by all, especially her children, Troy Frame and wife, Cathy of Youngsville and Melissa Frame Manuel and significant other, Todd Caswell of Lafayette; brother, Darrell Dupre and wife, Linda of Ville Platte; her five grandchildren, Brooklyn Caswell, Alex Caswell, Haylee Caswell, Scott Frame, and Kelly Frame; her two great grandchildren, Ava Caswell and Ellie Frame; as well as extended family and friends.

 She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, John Dale Frame; her parents; and sister, Joanna Dupre Perrodin.
