Edna Victoria Sandlin "Vicki" Frame

Edna Victoria "Vicki" Sandlin Frame, age 78, of Hilliard, Florida passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Vicki was born on May 3, 1947, in Lake City, Florida to the late Marvin McCoy Sandlin and Ethel Elizabeth "Betty".

Vicki was a native of Hilliard since 1972. She was an avid gardener and had a deep love for nature. Vicki could name any bird, tree, plant, insect, butterfly or flower that crossed her path. She was also an amazing down home southern cook like her mother and grandmother. Vicki was best known for her incredibly tasty cakes and pecan pies. No one could compete with her pound cake or her all-time family favorite fudge cake. She loved being a Mema and Aunt Vicki.

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents; son, Charles Norman Frame, Jr.; and brother, Charles Marvin "Chuck" Sandlin.

Vicki is survived by her daughter, Lori Wiles (Ron), daughter-in-law/bonus daughter, Michele Frame; brother, Danny Sandlin (Kathy); sister, Barbara Fisher (Danny); grandchildren, Keri Beam and Nicole Ingram (Bobby); step grandson, Michael Souza, step granddaughter, Amber Souza; great grandchildren, Ellie Beam, Major Ingram, and Rozalynn Bouknight; and many nephews, nieces, and other family members and friends whom she loved so dearly.
