On Saturday, November 15, 2025, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Ruthie Hall will be held at Lochearn Presbyterian Church, 3800 Patterson Avenue Baltimore, MD 21207 where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
