Ryan Carter Obituary
He was born in Waycross, Ga to Ray and Paige Carter. He graduated from Ware County High School in 2014 and graduated from Valdosta State University with an Environmental Science degree in 2019. He interned with the Department of Natural Resources in Brunswick, GA during the summer of 2019 and was employed by the Department of Natural Resources in Tifton, GA after graduating. Those that knew Ryan would say that he was kind hearted, compassionate, loved helping others, loved his family, and enjoyed being outdoors fishing and golfing.
Ryan was preceded in death by his fraternal grandfather, Bobby Carter of Brunswick, GA.
He is survived and will be deeply missed by his parents Ray and Paige Carter of Amelia Island, FL; his sister and brother-in-law, Megan and Dean Morgan of Birmingham, UK; his fraternal grandmother Gale Carter of Brunswick, GA; his maternal grandparents Derry and Melba Banks of Bellville, GA; his uncle, Derek Carter of Brunswick, GA; his uncle and aunt Kyle and Trinca Banks of Buchanan, GA; cousins Taylor and Abby Banks.
The family is having a private memorial service Friday, February 6.
