Ryan Williams Shard

Ryan Williams Shard, currently of Philadelphia, formerly of Bristol, PA passed away June 17, 2025. He was 47.
Ryan was born in Bristol to the late Michael F. Shard and Leslie Williams Shard. He was a former parishioner of St Michael's in Levittown where he was a Boy Scout member of Troop 121. He went on to graduate from Council Rock North High School and later worked as a landscaper. The last 6 years, he was a caregiver. His kind and compassionate nature was how he found caregiving was his passion. Ryan also loved Sports, especially his Flyers and Eagles. He played soccer, ice hockey loved snowboarding. Ryan had a deep love for dogs and he recently had his first and last dog "Chance" he took him everywhere he could.
Ryan is preceded in death by his father, Michael Frank Shard, who died at 27 years old when Ryan was just 7 days old. He is also predeceased by his grandparents: Clinton and Sara Williams and Isabelle and Michael Shard Sr. He is survived by his loving Mother, Leslie Shard Navarro and Joseph V. Navarro Jr. and his son, Gavyn Michael Shard, 15 of Newtown, who was the light of his world. Ryan is also survived by his older brother, Michael F. Shard, his wife Rachael and their children: Michael F. Shard, III, Genevieve and Zoe and Luciana of New Orleans; his brother, Joseph V. Navarro, III, his wife Melanie and their son Matthew Navarro of Langhorne PA; his Sister, Victoria Lynne Navarro and Fiancé Justin Shaddow of Robbinsville NJ, and their children: Giuliana Lynne Navarro, Jaxson & Jamison. Ryan is also survived by: his grandmother, Phyllis Navarro of Ewing, many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and his girlfriend, Christine Rodriguez, with whom he lived with in Philadelphia. Ryan will also be missed by many extended family members and friends.
In Lieu of Flowers a Go Fund Me has been established for his only son, Gavyn Michael Shard's future endeavors.
