Ryan M. White

Ryan Matthew White, 44, of Astoria, NY (formerly of Oxford, NJ) passed away unexpectedly on November 29, 2025

Ryan was born on November 5, 1981 in Loma Linda, California to Dennis & Juanita White. He was a graduate of Warren Hills High School. He went on to further his education, earning his Bachelor of English from Rutger’s University. Ryan was a member of SAG, and the screen writer’s guild. He was very artistic and enjoyed writing. He was an avid  fisherman who loved to escape to the wilderness to hike, camp and kayak.   Throughout his career, he was a model and an actor, having roles on Law and Order and appearances on Good Morning America. His greatest achievement in life was becoming a father. Above all, he loved his family and cherished every moment spent with them. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his loving parents, Dennis & Juanita White, his adored children; Owen and Scarlett White and their mother Patti Goettlicher, his siblings Sarah Ryms, Laura White, Philip White and his fiancé Courtney Leggio and Nathan White and his wife Melissa.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 10:00 to 12:00 at Faith Discovery Church, 33 Brass Castle Road, Washington, NJ 07882. A memorial service celebrating Ryan's life will follow at 12:00 PM.
