S. Ferne Druckenmiller

S. Ferne Druckenmiller, 94, of Lower Macungie, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025, at the Devon House in Allentown surrounded by her family. Her husband, Kent A. Druckenmiller, passed away in 2017. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Elmer M. and Florence V. (Mohr) Hepler. She was a graduate of Emmaus High School. Ferne was an active member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Emmaus, where she was a teacher since 1945, including Sunday, Catechetical, and Adult Education. She was a former board member of the Lower Macungie Historical Society, a member of the Emmaus Historical Society, a Girl Scout Leader since 1965 for Troop 413 in Macungie and was a member of the PA Jazz Society. Survivors: Daughters, Deborah Cicconi (Harry) and Donna Buck (Bobby); Sons, James and George Druckenmiller; she was blessed with many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2025, at St. John's Lutheran Church, 501 Chestnut Street, Emmaus, PA 18049. A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday in the church. Interment in Northwood Cemetery, Emmaus. Arrangements by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Emmaus.
