S. Alan Sills passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2025 at the age of 53. He leaves behind a loving family who will miss his reserved nature.

Alan was born in Leesville, Louisiana to Peggy (Calloway) Sills and the late Pleasie "Fredrick" Sills. His family remembers him as an introverted but caring man.

Alan is survived by wife Kristy Sills; children Eli Sills (Kaitlyn Wells) and Levi Sills; granddaughter Hallie Vivian Sills; mother Peggy Sills; father-in-law Steven Conrad; siblings William "Freddie" (Susan) Sills, Joan (William) Shoults, Robert "Bob" (Candy) Sills, Janell (Rick) Titschinger, Janice (Michael) Titschinger, Jennifer (Richard) Stanley, Judy (Randy) Boswell; nieces and nephews Geoff Sills, Laura Sills, Rebecca Shoults, Katherine (Marc) Thacker, Amanda (Brian) Roush, Brandon Titschinger, Amy Titschinger, Charles Stanley, Robert Stanley, Kaitlyn Bailey, Dillan Sills, and Brady Boswell.

He is preceded in death by his father Fredrick Sills.

Alan's family invites friends and loved ones to remember Alan in their own unique way while they celebrate his life and memory privately.
