Worcester-Sakari J. Walker, 17, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.

Sakari was born on January 13th, 2005 in Worcester son of Kendra D. Walker and Corey Moses of Monroe, Louisiana. He is predeceased by his great grandmother Jeanette Walker of Worcester and great grandfather Otis Denis of Eufaula Alabama, and great uncle Larry Bethune of Worcester. He leaves behind  two brothers Tony Denis and Corey Moses Jr and several sisters Kimora Walker, Sahmyah Denis, Serenity Denis of Worcester, Malaysia Jackson, Aria Moses, Lakendra Kellam, Aundreya Moses, Zacoreyia Moses, Koriana Moses, Corshuntee Moses, Sacora Gomes and Ameeiah Moses. His Grandparents Angela Bethune and Tyone Walker of Worcester. Cynthia Gail Moses of Louisiana,and Lonie Dean of Louisiana. His great grandmother Almetter Bethune and great grandfather Harry Walker Sr. of Worcester. Aunts Sharday Walker, Karima Green, Barbara White of Worcester, Mattie Bethune of Alabama, Cassandra Smith and Tyra Walker of Worcester, Ramona Burns of California and aunt Terry Lovette of Massachusetts. Uncles, Larry Bethune ,Ricky Bethune, Harry Walker of Worcester and Willie James Bethune of Eufaula Alabama and a host of cousins and extended family members.

Sakari attended Woodward Day school in Worcester Ma, where he was working towards his high school diploma. Sakari worked miscellaneous jobs alongside his father while living in Louisiana developing his work ethic. Sakari had many dreams and was exploring what field he wanted to pursue.  

Sakari was a loving young man. He loved being with family and going out to eat as a family. He loved to laugh and joke around with others. His passion was music. Writing down his rhymes and spending time in the studio. He loved making songs and creating videos. Sakari was talented in sports and played football on the Cowboys football team. During his time playing football he was an impressive player, often out running opposing team players and scoring touchdowns for his team. He was photogenic and loved taking pictures. Sakari also loved traveling and visiting family in Alabama and Louisiana. Sakari was well mannered and reserved. He was kind and respectful of his elders and had a humbled personality. He was extremely close with his siblings and was a protective older brother. He will be missed greatly by everyone who loved him and will forever be in our hearts. 

All funeral services will be held privately for the family.
