Sally Lorraine Briguglio, Saginaw Twp., Michigan
Loving wife, mother, Busia and sister passed away Sunday, November 3, 2024 at Covenant Medical Center Cooper. Age 77 years. The daughter of the late Frank and Lorraine (Fischer) Szott, Sally was born September 20, 1947, in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Dominick Briguglio, her loving husband of 56 years, on June 8, 1968. He survives her. Sally was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Sally was very proud of her family and spent many special times with them.
Surviving besides her husband Dominick are three daughters, Kelly and Paul Duvendack, Kammy and Brian Cichowski, Frances and Matthew North all of Saginaw; five grandchildren, Frank, Phoebe, Lila and Isaac Duvendack, Scarlett North; her brother, James Szott, Saginaw; many nieces and nephews. Sally was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Carol Szott.
Funeral Liturgy will take place 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 7, 2024 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State St., Saginaw, Michigan. Rev. Fr. Steven M. Gavit will officiate with entombment in Oakwood Mausoleum. Friends may visit at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Thursday at the church from 12:00 noon until time of Mass. A Vigil Service, led by Rev. Fr. John Johnson, will take place 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
