Beloved mother and grandmother, Sandy C. Roberts passed away Friday, March 13, 2026 at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan at the age of 81. The daughter of the late Walter and Veronica (Nalewajko) Stabek. Sandy was born on July 30, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan. She married James Edward Roberts on October 8, 1966. He predeceased her on June 20, 2019. Sandy worked as a Nurse Aide for Saginaw Osteopathic Hospital and Luther Manor. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles. She was a member of Kosciuszko Club and Holy Family Catholic Church and the former St. Casimir Catholic Church.

Surviving are one daughter, Lynn Roberts; four grandsons, Steven, Devin, Zachary and Brent Roberts; her nephews, Mark Stabek, Paul Stabek and Frank Naccarato Jr.; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bonnie (Lanny) Call, Mary Ann Bowden, Donna (Paul) Karbowski, Richard (Dawn) Roberts, Judy Cawhorn; her dear friend, Kay Bark. Sandy was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard (Emma) Stabek; her sister, Marie (Frank) Naccarato; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Edith Roberts; her brother-in-law, Fred Bowden; her nephews, Steven Stabek, Jim Suppes and Bobby Bowden; her cousin, Wayne (Charlotte) Roberts.

Visitation will take place at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty) on Sunday, March 15, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Honoring Sandy's wishes, cremation will follow. Private inurnment will take place in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude's Children's Hospital
