Frick of Wausau, WI; her grandchildren, William Scott Formiller, Paul Douglas Formiller, Katherine Marie Frick, Madeline Claire Taylor, Austin X. Frick, Erika Frick, Samantha Frick and Cooper Dean Frick; two great-granddaughters, Sadie Kay and Sophie Jo; brother, Douglas Scott (Deborah) Johnston of Zanesville, OH; and several extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home, 900 North Court Street, Marion, IL.
