Sally Kemp Obituary
Sally Elizabeth Kemp, born on October 16, 1949, in Parkdale, Arkansas, passed away on August 21, 2024. She led a very simple life, working on the farm with her husband, Thomas Kemp, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son, Stephen (Marshena) Kemp, and her daughter, Diana (Michael) Battenfield. Sally also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Heather (Zach) Slaughter, Tiffany (Mitch) Harris, Courtney (Jordan) Clark, Crystal (Dustin) Velcoff, Anna Battenfield, and Selah Battenfield, as well as her precious great-grandchildren, Sophia, Oliver, Ryan, Elizabeth, and Devyn.
Sally was also preceded in death by her parents, Eber Dennis and Ethel Dennis, and several cherished family members: Buddy Dennis, Charlie Dennis, Shirley May Earnest, Roy Dennis, and Carol Dennis.
A graveside service will be held in her honor on August 27, 2024, starting at 2:00 PM at Carlisle Cemetery in Carlisle, Arkansas. The family welcomes anyone wishing to pay their respects on this day. Sally will be remembered for her unwavering love and dedication to her family and her simple yet fulfilling life.
