Sally A. “Nana” Kokas, 88, of Green Camp, Ohio passed away on September 15, 2024. She was born on January 27, 1936, to the late Dorence and Rosemary Clark in Marion, Ohio.
Sally met the love of her life John Kokas at the fair in June of 1951; a few coffee dates and 6 months later, they married on December 22, 1951. They lived in Marion and raised their 4 boys. In 1984, Sally and John moved to Green Camp, Ohio. Nana loved living on her family farm, taking care of her flowers, and animals. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her three sons; Craig (Lorie Bosart) Kokas, Brian (Nola) Kokas, and David (Diana) Kokas all of Green Camp. Her sister Annie Nutter of Marion. Her 3 beloved grandchildren; Matt (Trista) Kokas, Ashley Kokas, and Tiffany (David) Jones. She has 8 beloved great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son John (Joyce) Kokas, daughter in law Patricia Kokas, her beloved grandsons David Anthony Kokas and Nickolas Micheal Kokas, and her sister Alice May Wilcox.
