Salvatore Carnevale

Beverly, MA – Salvatore Carnevale, 81, of Beverly, passed away Monday, December 8, 2025 at home. Son of the late Anacleto and Concetta (Gaeri) Carnevale, and widower to the late Joanne M. Pouliot, Salvatore was born in Italy and moved to the US at the age of 10. He graduated from Beverly High School in 1963.
An avid car enthusiast, Salvatore grew up working on cars with his father. A skilled machinist, Salvatore worked for Varian and Denmar, before starting his own Krisal Engineering. A true lover of the sunshine, he cherished the many winters he spent in Florida over the years.
Salvatore is survived by: His significant other Susan L'Italien; his son Christopher Carnevale and his wife Florence of Beverly; his granddaughter Leah and grandson William, his brother Mario Carnevale of Beverly; his sister Rita Morphew and her husband James of New Hampshire; his sister Maria Horton and her husband Robert of Rhode Island; his stepson Michael Pashalian; his stepdaughter Maryann Graham and her husband Stephen; his stepdaughter Pamela Remington and her husband Kevin; and his step-grandchildren Jonathan Graham, Taylor and Ryan Remington.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John The Evangelist Church, 111 New Balch St. Beverly, MA on Tuesday December 16 at 12PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours prior to the service from 10 to 11:30AM at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot St. Beverly. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Brimbal Ave. Beverly.
