Not sure what to say?

Sam, Trot and Lottie:
I am so sad to learn of you dad's passing. And while it has been many years since our paths have crossed I remember Sam Carroll as a man bigger than life. Whenever he saw me on one of my trips to Ozark he made me feel like I was the only person in his life. A gracious southern gentleman. Please know that your family and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Lottie, know that you have been in our thoughts. So sorry for your loss

Dearest Lottie, Trot, Sam and all your families -- we are SO sad at hearing about your dad! We are eternally grateful for the privilege of having known him and Mary Lib. They both treated us like family and made us always feel like we were an important part of the Ozark community. I don't think a week has ever gone by that one of us doesn't have a favorite quote or memory that we would share again and again from your dad as well as your mom!! Offering my deepest condolences for the loss of your father. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you are doing as well as you can under the circumstances. I haven't seen you in years, think about you often though. Warmly, Anthony Skeen Troy AL

I want to express my sympathy to the Carroll Family in the death of your loved one. May your memories console you. As you draw close to the God of comfort may you look to him for strength to cope with your loss.

Mary

I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Sam's passing. I hope his family will focus on the many great memories they had with him.

Larry and Mary New

I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Sam was such a kind man. I worked in the grocery store(United Super) all through my college years. He was always so nice when he came in to the store. He always had a genuine smile on his face. He was such a fine southern gentleman. Ozark was blessed to have Mr. Sam living in their town. He was a part of "The Greatest Generation". These men worked hard, loved their families and friends, cared for others, were honest and most importantly loved God. I am so...

So sorry to hear of Mr. Sam's passing. I adored him from the moment I met him. He always loved my art, especially my rustic paintings and we'd talk about the old days. He was such a fine person and I'm sorry I didn't get over to see him. God speed, Mr. Sam. Helen Taylor Andrews
