Mr. Sam Milton Tutt "Sammy" age 78, was born on Sunday, July 22, 1945 to the late Johnnie Mae Howard Tutt ant the late Thomas Butler "Big Man" in Thomson (McDuffie County), GA. Sammy entered eternal rest on Friday, July 28, 2023 at his home in Thomson, GA.
He received his education by attending the rural schools in McDuffie County, GA. During his employment years, he was gainfully employed as a Supervisor with the R.A. Dudley Nurseries, Inc. in Thomson, GA for many dedicated years until he retired. He loved his family with all of his heart. Sammy always enjoyed the many gatherings with family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by five sisters, Deloris Huff, Annie Ruth Crawford, Mary Eliza Walker, Darlene Hampton and Bernice Bradley along with four brothers, Lonnie Matthew Tutt, Napoleon Tutt, Paul Tutt and T.C. Butler. Our dearly beloved Sam Milton Tutt a.k.a. "Sammy" will always have a special place within our hearts and he will be remembered with love.
Left to cherish his precious memory: a daughter, Sandra Tutt (Oscar) Aldred of Dearing, GA; two grandsons, Deunta' Tutt and Vincent Scott, Jr., both of Augusta, GA; several great-grandchildren; four sisters, Ella Jean Jones, Clara T. Kendrick, both of Thomson, GA, Denise (Lonnie) Dozier of Augusta, GA and Harriet (Rick) Hill of Cedar Crest, NM; one brother, Homer Lee (Brenda) Tutt of Austell, GA; six aunts, Mary H. Cowins of Atlanta, GA, Emmie D. Mathis of Thomson, GA, Ruth Mae Jennings of Philadelphia, PA, Annie Pearl of Columbus, OH, Yvette Walker of Jonesboro, GA and Grace Smith of Baltimore, MD; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
