Samantha was born September 25, 1981 in Pineville, KY to Ken Pennington and Norma Brock Williams. She believed in the Holiness Faith.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Sam and Juanita Pennington and Harold and Ruth Brock; 1 sister, Tina.
She is survived by her father, Ken Pennington of Cawood; mother, Norma Williams of Dryden, Va; her husband, Johnny Simpson of Cawood, her children, Ethan (Cede) Surgener of Pennington Gap, VA, Austin Surgener of Dryden, VA, Alexa Surgener of Cawood, KY, Chrystina (Adam) Perkins, Hunter, Landon, Bentley, Mason, Reese, Wyatt and Alabama Simpson all of Cawood; brothers, Tom (Suprena) Helton of Cranks, KY and Harold (Jewell) Helton of Harrogate, TN; grandchildren, Sophia, Aislee Surgener and their mother, Skyler Garrett, Leelen Allen, Chesni, Brystol, Little Adam and Andrew Perkins; her nephews, Jeremy, Nathan and Jared Helton; special friends, Jennifer Ledford, Tammy Brewer, Little Juanita Cole, Michelle Pacholewski, Babe Noe, Crystal Gabbard and Vanessa Brock.
Visitation will be 4:00 - 7:00 pm Friday (Jan. 24) at the Cawood Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm at the Church with Rev. Johnny Smith & Jerry Collins officiating.
Burial will be 1:00 pm Saturday (Jan. 25) at the Pennington Cemetery in Cawood, KY. with Bro. Tom Helton officiating.
Pallbearers will be Ethan Surgener, Nathan Helton, Jared Helton, Dewey Cole, Chris Allen, Frank Pennington, Jr, George Ledford and Michael Pacholewski.
