Samantha Sartin Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Greenlawn Funeral Home North on Dec. 9, 2025.
Samantha Paige Sartin, 27, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on December 7, 2025.

Sam was born in Springfield, where she spent her life surrounded by family, friends, and the things she loved most. She was deeply devoted to her family and all she was passionate about. Sam shared an especially strong bond with her siblings. She is survived by her siblings Brandon, Emily, Sean, Taidym, and Krystina. Her parents Tammy Sartin, Lesa Evans, and Patrick Evans. Her significant other Alvin Gambriel, and many more loved ones. She was preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Nancy Bullock.

Sam had a love for life that showed in everything she did. She adored her animals and treasured time spent outdoors, whether enjoying nature or simply being with the people she loved. She had a passion for anime, food, music and adventures. Sam embraced every opportunity to enjoy it all. Her adventures often led her to other places but Sam always found her way home. Sam expressed herself boldly and beautifully through her personality. She was creative, artistic, and unapologetically true to who she was.

She was known for being honest, outspoken, and never afraid to say what was on her mind, but her strength was always balanced with deep compassion. Sam was incredibly caring, and her heart for others shone through in even the smallest moments. She had a rare ability to make people smile and feel seen, and that is how she will always be remembered.

Sam's love, laughter, and authenticity will be carried forward by all who knew her. Her spirit lives on in the memories she created and the joy she brought to so many lives.

In lieu of flowers, all donations made in Samantha's honor may be sent to Mount Comfort Church, 2376 E Farm Road 66, Springfield, Missouri 65803.
