Samuel Thomas Francisco

Samuel Thomas Francsico aka "Sam" or "Sammio" Samuel was born on a Monday morning, October 10, 1988 in Seoul, South Korea. He started out shy, but would later make up for it by reaching out to many others and talking up a storm. He was a very happy Military Brat. He graduated from Engleside Christian School and afterwards attended Bible College for 2 years. He held many jobs from sales associate to fast food. He enjoyed listening to Classical, Russian, and Portuguese music, reading, history and languages. Sam loved JESUS and accepted JESUS as his personal Savior and shared his faith with others. He also prayed about and shared his battle with bipolar disorder (mania) for over a decade, from denial to acceptance. In his last counseling session with his social worker he said he felt very loved by his family and friends and loved them very much. He really liked giving gifts, even when it meant him going without. He was a care giver, looking after his younger brother and planned on looking after his parents when they aged. He attended International Calvary Church, The Falls Church Anglican and several other churches. He is survived by his father Donald Paul Francisco, his mother Grace Kang Francisco and his brother Jonathan Kenneth Francisco. Sam himself, was a gift to many and the greatest blessing is knowing that God's gifts don't have an expiration date. He will be remembered as an energetic, fun and loving son, brother and friend.
