He was preceded in death by his Grandfather: James Norman; Grandfather and Grandmother: M.J. Hughett and Rema; Great-Grandmother: Bertha Phillips; Special Aunts: Angie Lawson, Glenna Gordon, Clonie Hall, Nola Moore; Special Uncles: Leon Phillips, Kenny Phillips, Gaither Lawson, and Roger Lowe; Cousin: Ronnie Phillips, Marty Marlow, and Arthur Marlow.
He is survived by his Parents: Larry Hughett and Susan Norman Hughett; Brother: Marty Dale Hughett; Beloved Grandmother: Nelma Norman; Aunts and Uncles: Janet Keeton and Paul Keeton, Jackie and Susan Hughett, Dorcella and Richard Culver, Benny Hughett and the late Connie Hughett, Tammy and Randy Kennedy, Sherry and Tim Hicks, Lil Larry Byrge and Tiffany, Carl and Jane Phillips; Special Cousins: Tish and Justin Griffith, Colleen Watson, Heather Phillips, Brenda Jones, Bailey Griffith, Sissy Sexton, and Andrea Rose Griffith.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. until time of funeral service to begin at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville with Bro. David Walker officiating. Burial to follow in the Sulfer Springs Cemetery of the Martin Field Community.
