Samuel Salomone Obituary
Samuel was born in Milwaukee May 10, 1952 to Alexander and Mary Salomone. He married Kathy Steffan July 15, 1978, she survives. Also surviving three brothers, Jonathan (Carol), Phillip (Marie) and Joseph (Nancy). Two sisters twin Carrie (Larry) and Mary Ann (Frank). Twelve nieces and nephews, eleven great nieces and nephews and one great, great niece.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Nicole and two brothers, David and Daniel (Sue).
Family was everything to Sam, he loved family gatherings. He had a sense of humor that could keep everyone laughing all day. Quick with the one liners.
He never met a stranger, within minutes of meeting him, he could put you at ease and you felt you had known him forever.
Please make donations in his name to the American Cancer Society instead of flowers.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday March 3, 2026 from 9AM until 9:30AM followed by Sam's burial at Springdale Cemetery in Peoria, IL.
