Sam is survived by his mother, Donerae Testa (Umberto Scali); brothers, John D. (Ashley) Testa and Gustin J. Testa (Noelle Curtis); grandmother, Donetta Klubnik, aunts Andrea Reedy (James), Michelle Albright, uncle Raymond Klubnik (Cheryl), cousins, and cherished friends. He was preceded in death by his father John D. Testa, and his uncles, James Penberthy and Daniel Klubnik; and grandparents, Raymond Klubnik, John and Anne Testa.
Sam's varied interests, adventurous spirit, and sensitive soul defined him. He lived a life filled with passion and purpose, bringing joy and inspiration to everyone around him. He will be dearly missed. He embodied love according to those who had the pleasure to know him. He learned and experienced more in his short life than many experience in three times the years.
Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Sam's life on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Waite Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 8:00 pm, with a time of sharing following at 8:00 pm.
