Entered into rest on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, Samuel Anthony Testino, 81, husband of Dale Armstrong Testino.

Sam was born in Gainesville, Texas. He was an avid golfer and cherished spending time with his family. Sam was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, son and brother. 

Family members in addition to his wife: Dale, include his children: Tony Testino (Stephanie), Joe Testino (Jennifer), Jenny Armstrong (Harold); grandchildren: Laura Testino, John Testino (Emily), Ryan Testino, Breanna Sanders (Clifford), Foster Testino, Bridgette Paine (Andrew), Rebecca Joiner, Christopher Armstrong (Courtney), Hammond Armstrong, Stanton Armstrong; great grandchildren: Jack Testino, Oakley Sanders, Carver Sanders, Neveah Armstrong, Caroline Paine, Carrington Paine, Censington Paine and great grandson; brother: PJ Testino (Mary); sisters: Marsha Stanley (Walter), Angela Testino (Frank) and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his parents: Paul and Josie Buck Testino and children: Brian Testino and Christopher Armstrong.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 18 at 12:00 pm in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Barry Clanton officiating. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors, 214 Davis Rd., Augusta, GA 30907 (706) 364-8484.
