San Juanita Huerta de Huerta Obituary
Weslaco- San Juanita Huerta de Huerta, 60, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Novembe 20, 2025 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco.
Mrs. Huerta was born on February 17, 1965 to Mr. Arcadio Huerta and Mrs. Maria de Jesus Garza in Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
Mrs. Huerta is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Arcadio Huerta and Mrs. Maria de Jesus Garza; her son, Anibal Huerta; her brothers, Roque Huerta, Jose Guadalupe Huerta, Arcadio Huerta.
Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Melecio Huerta Gonzalez; her sons, Jesus Melecio (Rocio) Huerta, Pedro Emmanuel (Yvonne) Huerta, Gerardo Huerta, Uriel Rene Huerta; her daughters, Yuri Esthela (Jose) Neaves, Olga Lydia (Daniel) Ortiz, Isabel Maria (Arnulfo Jr.) Osorio, Laura Elisabeth (Ivan) Sotelo; her brother, Jose Huerta; her sisters, Micaela Mejia, Seferina Segovia, Maria Victoria Lopez, Maria de Jesus Hernandez and 24 grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. San Juanita Huerta de Huerta is scheduled for Sunday, November 23, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 6:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of Faith. As per her wishes she will be laid to rest in Mexico at a later date.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
Weslaco-San Juanita Huerta de Huerta, de 60 años, fue a estar con el Señor el jueves 20 de noviembre de 2025 en el Centro Médico Knapp en Weslaco.
La Sra. Huerta nació el 17 de febrero de 1965, hija del Sr. Arcadio Huerta y la Sra. María de Jesús Garza en Río Bravo, Tamaulipas, México.
A la señora Huerta le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, el señor Arcadio Huerta y la señora María de Jesús Garza; su hijo, Aníbal Huerta; sus hermanos, Roque Huerta, José Guadalupe Huerta, Arcadio Huerta.
Para atesorar sus recuerdos quedan su amado esposo, Melecio Huerta González; sus hijos, Jesús Melecio (Rocio) Huerta, Pedro Emmanuel (Yvonne) Huerta, Gerardo Huerta, Uriel René Huerta; Le sobreviven sus hijas: Yuri Esthela (José) Neaves, Olga Lydia (Daniel) Ortiz, Isabel María (Arnulfo Jr.) Osorio y Laura Elisabeth (Iván) Sotelo; su hermano, José Huerta; sus hermanas: Micaela Mejía, Seferina Segovia, María Victoria López y María de Jesús Hernández; y 24 nietos.
El velorio de la Sra. San Juanita Huerta de Huerta se llevará a cabo el domingo 23 de noviembre de 2025, de 4:00 p. m. a 9:00 p. m., con un rosario a las 6:00 p. m., en la Funeraria Salinas - Capilla de la Fe. Según sus deseos, será sepultada en México en una fecha posterior.
Los servicios funerarios están a cargo de la Funeraria Salinas de Weslaco.
