San Juana "Janie" Munoz Ramirez of Corpus Christi, Texas left to be with our Lord on December 01, 2025 at the age of 68. Janie was a devoted wife, mother, bonus mom, grandmother to her family. She worked many places as a receptionist, administrative assistant, medical assistant, and the co-owner of a fruit cup business (Gone Bananas) with her husband. Her heart and soul was put into everything she did. Her drive to serve our Lord Jesus, her husband, and family were her greatest joy. With a circle of friends that did not know an end, but continue to grow with everyone she met. Her life was devoted to doing for others. Always calling and checking on her family and friends, who were always considered her family. Her hobbies included crafting, gardening, cooking, and taking care of her chickens. She made numerous cakes and desserts for family and friends for all occasions or just because. Janie enjoyed collecting tea cups, Victorian items, and antiques along with all her nick-nacks she enjoyed finding. Always helping at church with her husband was a great joy. Janie was born July 15, 1957 to Marselino Munoz and Eva Alaniz. She has 6 brothers: Johnny (Veronica) Moya, Frank (Rose) Munoz, Jesse (Monse) Munoz, Richard (Sandy) Munoz, Marselino Munoz Jr., Rudy (Irene) Munoz, and one half-brother: Marselino Munoz, one son: Anthony Ruben Chavez. She is survived by her husband Arthur Rowland Ramirez. She is the step-mother of 4 children: Tammy (Stephen) Ramirez, Nola (Mike) Campbell, Elizabeth (Michael) Brown, and Gerald Ramirez. She has been blessed with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren totaling to 41 with one on the way. Numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, close friends, and her dogs: Cuddles and Bridgge. Everyone was her friend and family member.

A memorial will be held December 13, 2025 at The Grove Baptist Church in Orange Grove, Texas at 11 am with a reception to follow in the Pebbles with Ripples Senior Community Center. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to The Grove Baptist Church Building Fund and it would be greatly appreciated.
