Obituary of Sandra Kay Bach
Sandra (Sandy) K. Bach – 77, of Loveland, Colorado, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 2, 2022. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family. She was born in Aurora Colorado on December 13, 1944, and adopted as a baby into the arms of the late Dave and Elma Gaw. Sandy graduated from Milliken High School in 1963. While in High School, Sandy held many titles, including: Cheerleader, Class President, Librarian, Newspaper Layout Editor, Student Council Secretary, Parliamentarian, Treasurer, and Prom Queen.
Sandy met her husband Dean while working at the Loveland Lego plant in 1965. They married in Fort Collins, Colorado in 1967. Sandy and Dean raised their two children in Loveland and enjoyed the surrounding area by taking the boys on camping and fishing trips. Throughout her life, Sandy remained faithful to the Lord and attended church every weekend until her health failed. She lived life to the fullest, enjoying gardening, canning fresh vegetables, lake and river fishing, camping, farming, and playing cards.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Dean; her sons Dwaine Vassar (Tesa) and Daniel Bach (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Tanya Vassar and Alexander (Alex) Bach; her brother Roger. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Viegut Funeral Home, 1616 N. Lincoln Ave. Loveland, Colorado. Condolences may be expressed at www.viegutfuneralhome.com
