Sandra Beebe Obituary
Sandra (Sandi) Lynn Pounds, 66, of Schertz, Texas, passed away on
January 6, 2024. She was born to parents John Emory Pounds and
Katherine Yvonne Pounds, on November 7, 1957 in Panama City, Florida.
She graduated from Central High School in San Angelo TX in 1976.
She went on to study Nursing at University of Texas Health Science Center
and was later the recipient of the Florence Nightingale award for
exceptional care to patients.
She enjoyed riding her Harley through the Texas hill country, coffee dates
with her sisters, and keeping up with the Royal Family.
Sandi is survived by her daughters Katherine (Jarod) Zlotkowski of
Crossroads TX and Morgyn (Andrew) Horton of Nashville TN, her
grandchildren Nicholas Swan of Nashville TN and Natalie Swan of Norfolk
VA and her sisters Angelia Loyd of Fate TX and Amanda (Marcus)
Armstrong of Schertz TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents John Emory Pounds and
Katherine Yvonne Pounds and her brothers Richard Blake Pounds and
Robert Dee Pounds.
A celebration of life will be scheduled in the spring alongside the
bluebonnets in the TX hill country.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to a charity of your
choice.
