Sandra Lee Bigham, left this world peacefully at the age of 83 on May 31, 2025. Born in Moline, Illinois on April 9, 1942, she was the cherished daughter of the late Clarence and Violet (nee Robinson) Bowers.
Sandy's heart was wrapped around her family, who were the center of her universe. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 53 years, William V. Bigham, in 2013, her parents and stepmother Alice Bowers, and her beloved son-in-law, Kelly Harris, in 2018.
Sandy's legacy of love will continue to shine through her cherished daughters, Pam (Chris) Vincent, Laura (Steve) Rohe, and Michele Harris. She found immense joy in her grandchildren: Michael (Morgan) Smith, Sarah (Jake) Cain, Leanna (Tim) Millhouse, Tommy (Sydney) Vincent, Andrew (Anna) Bigham, Tyler (Samantha) Harris, Mark (Chrystal) Vincent, Alex (Skye) Rohe, Miranda (Zach) Goodspeed and Morgan Harris, along with her 15 wonderful great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Sharon Rock, her brother, Brian (Kristin) Bowers, and a host of extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
An avid reader, Sandy delighted in sharing her love for reading by gifting books to her loved ones. Her hobbies also included cross-stitching and crocheting. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were gifted a baby blanket made with love.
Her selflessness and love were the center of the family she adored so deeply.
In honor of her memory, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to The Live Like Maya Foundation, a cause that was dear to her as she has two granddaughters that have survived childhood cancer.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a memorial visitation on Sunday, June 8, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM, followed by a service at 12:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, located at 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040.
As we celebrate Sandy’s full life, let us remember her as a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, whose love touched the hearts of all who knew her. She will be profoundly missed but her legacy of love will forever live on in the hearts of her family.
