Sandra Kay Bishop, 70, of Marked Tree, Arkansas departed this life on Monday, July 1, 2024, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on July 29, 1953, in West Ridge, Arkansas to James and Sara Ann Waters Wagers. Sandra was a member of Marked Tree Church of God, she retired from Three Rivers Nursing Home after 35 years, she enjoyed all flowers especially roses, gardening, music, Chuck Norris, Steven Segal and Harry Potter movies. Sandra enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother: James Wagers and nine sisters: Sue Miles, Linda Darty, Myrtle Houge, Eva Wilson, Helen Fine, Lois Jackson, Abby Zillic, Hazel Wagers and Vickie Wagers.

Sandra is survived by her husband of forty-six years Billy Wayne “Bill” Bishop of Marked Tree, two sons: Michael Shane Mullins and Betty Ann of Memphis, Tennessee and Steve Harrison Mullins and Raeanna of Jonesboro, one daughter: Vickie Rena` Woods and Andy of Jonesboro, one brother: Gary Wagers of Horseshoe Bend, one sister: Shelia Fotlet of Bassett, twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held Friday, July 5, 2024, at 1:00p.m. at Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree.

Visitation will be held Friday from 11:00a.m. until service time.

Interment will follow at Marked Tree Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree.
