Mrs. Sandra A. Blair, age 85, of Greenwood, Delaware, passed away unexpectedly at Nanticoke Hospital - Tidal Heath in Seaford, Delaware on Sunday, July 20, 2025. Sandra was a lady of exceptional character and lived a full life well spent.

Born in Dover, Delaware and raised in Ohio, a daughter of Homer Morgan and Roberta Ann Draper Gaston. William Gaston became her stepfather when she was four years old. She graduated from Jacksonville/Trimble High School in Ohio.

She enjoyed a long and loving marriage with her husband, Charles Blair, the love of her life. After he passed away thirteen years ago, Sandra moved back to Delaware so she could be near her two sisters, Carolyn Rea of Harrington and Linda LeBlanc of Greenwood, and their families.

Prior to retirement, she was a type setter for McBees Printing for over 30 years. She enjoyed being outdoors, whether it be in her love of hiking, tending to her garden or mowing her yard. Sandra was an avid animal lover, especially birds of flight that would visit her flowers. Sandra has a strong faith in Christ and enjoyed following and learning the Biblical lessons preached by the popular Jimmy Swaggart, television gospel evangelist. She enjoyed time spent with her family and friends, and especially loved visits from her son Michael. She had most recently been living with her little dog Lacie, whose antics gave her much joy and laughter.

In addition to her late parents and step father, Bill Gaston, Sandra was preceded into the heavens by her husband, Charles Martin Blair and her brother, William "Billy" Gaston. Her life and legacy will be carried on by her son, Michael, husband of Wai Chung Blair; her granddaughter, Chelsea Cline and her sisters, Carol Rea and Linda, wife of Joseph LeBlanc.

Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services.

Services are private and held at the convenience of the family.
