Sandy is proceeded in death by father Emirt Smith, step-father John Jarvis, Mother-in-law Marcia Bogart, Sister Kristin Smith, and brother Leslie Smith. She is survived by her loving husband Frederick Bogart Jr, Mother Konnie Jarvis, Father-in-law Frederick Bogart Sr, children Anthony Bogart, Andrew Bogart, Jonathan Randall, Brooklyn Phillips, Jasmine Randall, Corey Phillips, Tabitha Bogart , and Jersey Bogart.
