Sandra (Sandy) Arellano Chacon, 57 years old, passed away peacefully on December 08, 2024.
Memorial service will be held Friday December 20, 2024 at 1pm at North's Funeral Home. Visitation will be held friday from 12-1pm.
Sandy was born on September 22, 1967 in Abilene, Texas to Willie and Rachel Arellano. She was the youngest of 4 girls. Sandy attended Abilene High School in Abilene, Texas. She married Freddy Chacon Sr. and together they had 4 children. Sandy began taking cosmetology classes, while attending Abilene High School and later went on to graduate from Aladdin Beauty School with her Cosmetology License. She had a passion for baking and cooking, which started in Home Economic Classes, while at Abilene High School. She enjoyed cooking the holiday meals for the family and having everyone together. Sandy loved going to Bingo and she was always ready to dance and have a great time. Sandy was a die hard Dallas Cowboys Fan and was so proud of it and had no problem telling the world about it and rubbing it in anyone's and everyone's face, when they won.
Sandra Arellano Chacon was preceded in death by her husband Freddy Chacon Sr., her parents Willie Arellano and Rachel Marquez Arellano, her two sisters, Gloria Arellano and Debbie Arellano Cisneros and her significant other Vito Martinez.
She is survived by her children, Freddie Chacon Jr. (Jessica), Sara Chacon (Henry),
Christopher Chacon (Jodie), Micheal Chacon (Kandis); one sister, Becky Quevedo and 13 grandchildren, Devany, Deanna, Jayla, Jordan, Freddie III, Kaelyn, Anthony, Micheal Jr., Aliyah, Lebron. Nadine, Noah and Zion.
