CHESHIRE- Sandra L. Corbett, 70, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. She was the wife of Michael D. Corbett.
Mrs. Corbett was born July 17, 1954, in Amsterdam, N.Y., daughter of the late George N. Fuller and Doris (Dovey) Fuller. She was a retired customer service manager employed by Fiserv where she worked for 15 years. Sandy’s interests included: golfing, quilting, crafting, cruising, the beach & pool, birdwatching and most importantly forging lifelong friendships with all she came in contact with.
In addition to her husband of 23 years, Mrs. Corbett leaves behind her brother-in -law, James Patten, Gloversville, NY, and her niece Brandylynn Turner, Sterling, CT. She will also be missed by many close friends and extended family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Corbett was predeceased by her sister, Diane Patten, and her brothers, William Fuller and George Fuller.
Arrangements: Friends may greet her family at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main Street, on Thursday afternoon, January 16, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. A brief service and words of remembrance will commence at 4:00 P.M. Burial will be held at the convenience of her family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in her name, may be made to The Smilow Cancer Center or Branford Hospice.
