Sandra Kay Espinoza (Sandy), 66, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born on December 15, 1958, to Conrad and Margaret Coldewey. Sandra lived a life defined by her deep love for family, and her generous heart. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, compassion, and unwavering devotion to those she cared about.
Sandra was married to Juan Espinoza, her loving husband and partner in life. She was a proud and devoted mother to her son, Justin Wallace, and his wife Kristy; her son, Dustin Wallace, and his wife Rebecca; and her daughter, Elizabeth Espinoza; Her family was her greatest joy, and she poured her heart into every role she held-as a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her deeply.
One of Sandra's greatest passions was baking, especially making cakes for her loved ones. Whether for birthdays, holidays, or just because, her homemade cakes were made with love and shared with joy. Her baking brought people together and left sweet memories that her family and friends will treasure forever.
A celebration of Sandra's life will be held on June 17, 2025, at Castillo Funeral Home in San Antonio, with services beginning at 4pm and ending at 8pm. Family and friends are invited to attend and honor her memory.
Though she may be gone from our sight, Sandra's love, warmth, and sweet spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
