Sandra L. Garrepy passed away on Thursday, January 30th, in Tampa, Florida with her granddaughter, Jennifer, at her side.
She is survived by her son, Jon; four grandchildren: Jennifer, Nicole, Jon Jr., and Anthony and her former daughter-in-law, Mikki. Sandra also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, as well as sister-in-law, Anne and cousin, Franny. She was predeceased by her brothers, Mickey (2008) and Robert (2015), and her ‘honey’, Anthony Zimkiewicz.
Born and raised in Worcester, Sandra was the daughter of Wallace and Margaret (LeFebvre) Reno. She was proud of her 30+ year career at National Envelope in Worcester, where she formed many lasting friendships. She loved exchanging cards with loved ones for each and every holiday. Sandra enjoyed playing Yahtzee, feeding the birds on her porch, playing card games, and watching Sunday football. She loved her family and friends fiercely and will be sincerely missed by many.
In accordance with her wishes, Sandra will be cremated and returned home to Worcester. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, March 15 from 8:30 am - 10:30 am at Callahan , Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester. A funeral service will begin at 10:30am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery alongside her father, Wallace.
The family invites Sandy’s loved ones and friends to join them for a meal of remembrance at Peppercorn's Grille & Tavern, 455 Park Ave on Saturday, March 15 from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
